Our client is looking for a superstar to receive incoming customer queries and concerns by phone and direct them to the appropriate trades and services personnel.
You’ll then email or phone the people who provide the solutions and follow up with the original caller.
No prior experience in a call centre environment is necessary as full training and a company induction are provided.
