Festival Build Crew

In this role, you will be setting up and packing down the Wildernest Glamping Tents for large festivals over the key dates in summer. This is an event-by-event role, working for roughly 2 weeks at a time for each of the 3 festivals over summer.

Setting up the Glamping village entails long days in all weather conditions; be it sun or rain, so maintaining a positive attitude is key and working together as a team.

This role is usually tailored more towards the strong guys and girls who are fit and able-bodied in lifting heavyweights, ie: 40kg Tents Having a positive can-do attitude no matter what the weather and being able to take instruction from your team leader is key.

You will be working with like-minded individuals, traveling for part of the summer and of course, being a part of the festivals.
