Carpenter/Builder/Team Leader

We Kinari Construction mainly from residential construction development. Now, we are urgently looking for an experienced Carpenter/ Team Leader to join us. We welcome local people or migrants to work with us.

Role Specification:

Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.

Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Measure, cut, or shape timber, and other materials.

Work on top of stilts, ladders, scaffold, top beams of buildings, etc.

Reporting to the Chargehand Carpenter and working as part of a team.

Here are the requirements for the role:

Understand building plans and drawings to determine materials, dimensions, and installation procedures

Plan the ordering and selecting timbers and materials, and preparing layouts

Measure and cut materials to the right size and shape

Assemble and nail the prepared wood parts to form structures and fittings

At least 2-5 years’ related work experience
