Hotel Receptionist

Our well-known business hotel on Hobson Street Auckland CBD needs a couple of Hotel Receptionists to serve as the face of our business and senior management’s connection with our guests.

We’re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints.

You’ll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone, and in person. If you’ve worked in the hotel industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we’re also willing to train the right applicant.

Candidates must have a legal document to work in NZ

VISA validity at least 12 months and above

Willing to take a flexible roster as this is a part-time role

Fluent in English is a must, second language skill is a plus

A team player who is happy to work in a dynamic team spirit environment
