I am looking for driven, on purpose people, passionate about personal development and marketing to join my growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE....
This role has flexibility. I am looking for people who can work part time and full time, but either way with the flexibility to work around other commitments.

You would be using existing and ongoing training to advertise through the various social media outlets, and also keeping an open mind to research and investigate new avenues of marketing.

This role is for driven people who could see themselves achieving success through the industry. You must be willing to grow and learn.

In this role you will be Responsible for:

Posting and reviewing posts and ads on various social media platforms and job boards, promoting our online personal development courses and events
Reviewing the ads to ensure they are generating interest and applicants
Calling the applicants in a timely manner for a short 5 minute interview.
Providing the qualified applicants with further information on what we have available (we train on all of this)
Follow up with them to collect a level of interest in the courses.
If they decide they want to join, you will process everything and accept payment from them directly

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK SKILL REQUIREMENTS - desired but not essential

We have no set requirements, however basic computer knowledge will be an advantage
Must have a good internet connection and phone plan.

ABOUT ME....

I partner with an International company in the Personal Development and Growth industry. They produce online courses, and live face to face (or virtual) events which I market through various online means.

The company has operated for over 20 years now, and has seen growth throughout these challenging times. As a result, I am looking for people to work with me, through developing their online marketing skills, to reach a growing and wider audience.
